Located in a stunning 300 m² Haussmanian apartment, ESPACE COURCELLES is a bright, elegant, and fully customizable space, ideal for hosting professional events, private dinners, product launches, workshops, or exclusive gatherings by invitation only. These events are strictly reserved for a select group of guests and are not open to the public.

Situated on the 3rd floor, the apartment offers breathtaking views of Parc Monceau and combines historic charm with high-end amenities. Period mouldings, marble fireplaces, herringbone parquet floors, and high ceilings create a prestigious yet welcoming atmosphere. Each room is filled with natural light, streaming in through large south-facing windows.

A fully equipped photo studio is also available as an optional service for photo shoots, video productions, or content creation.

Access to spaces:
Access to the various areas within ESPACE COURCELLES must be arranged in advance. During events, access is strictly limited to the pre-booked spaces.

Access & logistics:
The venue features a dedicated delivery lane, making it easy for trucks during setup and for drivers dropping off guests. Several public parking options are available nearby, and the location is well connected by public transport (Line 2 – Courcelles station is just 100m away).
