This former warehouse of the Société Française de Textile, located at 23 Rue du Sentier, enhances our offerings. We renovated this 170 sq.
m space to restore its 35 sq. m diamond-shaped skylight, which illuminates its white stone walls, ochre bricks, and two beautiful display
windows. The space also includes two vaulted cellars totaling 60 sq. m, perfect for a relaxation room and storage.
In the heart of Paris' historic Sentier district, Rue Réaumur was once a central hub for the press and publishing industries, particularly
between the 1920s and 1960s. 100 Rue Réaumur, now home to the headquarters of Adidas France, once housed the offices of France
Soir, bearing witness to this rich industrial history.
The venue is ideally located at the crossroads of Rue
des Jeûneurs and Rue du Sentier, in the dynamic
Paris Centre district, also known as Silicone Sentier,
at the heart of the city’s technological boom.
This area now hosts new headquarters for various
startups, including Le Bon Coin, alongside landmarks
such as Bambou restaurant, Sézane concept store,
LVMH’s new “métiers d’art” site, Sneakersnstuff
(SNS), the Hoxton Hotel, Socialite Family, the G.Kero
showroom, the Grand Rex, and the Paris Bourse.
Well-connected by the Bonne Nouvelle and Sentier
metro stations, the space is close to Grands
Boulevards, Rue Réaumur, Rue du Louvre, and Rue
