The space is located in the center of Rotterdam, in the district known as Oude Westen which has become a hub for creatives of all sorts, including fashion, art and design. Just around the corner from the main street Nieuwe Binnenweg It is surrounded by cozy cafés and restaurants, like Lilith's Coffee, Boudewijn, Rotown, Wester Pavijoen and the city's most visited cinema KINO. In less than 5 minutes walk lays the Witte de Withstraat, one of the most vibrant streets in the heart of Rotterdam, the Museum Boijmans van Beuningen and the Kunsthal. It's proximity to the Rotterdam Central Station and the well connected public transport makes it easily accessible to everyone.

We have 2 rooms which can be rented together or apart and can be used for all kinds of activities. The space is suitable for exhibitions, dinners, meetings, or events. When the 2 rooms are combined they can accommodate 80 people.

The architecture of the space makes it very unique in that its 110 sq. m. are visible to the outside due to the large windows that expand in 14 meters facade. The square Rijnhoutplein exactly opposite gives the space extra visibility.
