Cancellation policy

(7 days). If the USER cancels at least 7 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes.If the USER cancels less than 7 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
Special conditions
Condiciones de Cancelación Con más de 30 días de antelación: Reembolso completo. Entre 15 y 7 días de antelación: Reembolso del 50%. Menos de 7 días: Sin reembolso. Se permite un cambio de fecha sin penalización si se solicita con al menos 7 días de antelación y sujeto a disponibilidad. Si no hay disponibilidad, se aplicarán las condiciones anteriores. En casos de fuerza mayor (desastres naturales, restricciones gubernamentales o emergencias sanitarias), se podrá reprogramar el evento sin coste dentro de los 6 meses siguientes, sujeto a disponibilidad. Las solicitudes deben realizarse por escrito a eventos@moisevilla.es. La fecha de recepción del correo será oficial. Los reembolsos se realizarán en 7 días hábiles desde la confirmación.
