If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
Special conditions
Im Falle des Rücktritts (Stornierung) durch den Kunden von dem geschlossenen Vertrag haben wir Anspruch auf angemessene Entschädigung. Wir haben die Wahl gegenüber dem Kunden statt einer konkret berechneten Entschädigung als Schadenersatz eine Entschädigungspauschale (Stornierungspauschale) geltend zu machen. Ein Rücktritt bis zu 31 Werktage (Def. auch nachstehend geltend: Mo.-Fr. außer an gesetzlichen Feiertagen in Baden-Württemberg und nicht der 24. und 31.12.) vor der Veranstaltung ist für den Kunden kostenfrei möglich. Die Entschädigungspauschale beträgt - bei einem Rücktritt 30 bis 26 Werktage vor der Veranstaltung 25 % der vereinbarten Vergütung (Raum-Fee); - bei einem Rücktritt 25 bis 16 Werktage vor der Veranstaltung 50 % der vereinbarten Vergütung (Raum-Fee); - bei einem Rücktritt weniger als 16 Werktage vor der Veranstaltung 100 % der vereinbarten Vergütung (Raum-Fee).
