The space

This area is our big, creative, industrial space you can rent any part of the day for private parties and dinners, workshops, meetings, conferences, lectures, fashion shows, photo shoots, exhibitions, movie nights and even mini festivals. This space is big, but still intimate, with countless candles cozying up the lounge areas. There are couches against every wall, big tables for dinner parties and a small podium available. The area can hold up to 300 people (not seated), is 400 m2 and has its own toilet and bar. A beamer and other technical necessities are available.

Cancellation policy

Strict

(30 days). If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.

Special conditions

We offer discounts when you want to reserve during our less busy days, so on monday, tuesday and wednesday.
