Cancellation policy

(7 days). If the USER cancels at least 7 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes.If the USER cancels less than 7 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
Special conditions
Las cancelaciones se comunicarán por escrito. Con menos de 72 horas de antelación o en caso de no presentarse: no se realizará reembolso. Se podrá solicitar un único cambio de fecha sin coste, siempre que se comunique con al menos 72 horas de antelación y exista disponibilidad. La nueva fecha deberá celebrarse dentro de los tres meses siguientes. Si se tuviera que cancelar la reserva por una causa imputable al espacio, se ofrecerá el cambio de fecha o el reembolso íntegro de las cantidades abonadas. Las cancelaciones motivadas por una causa de fuerza mayor debidamente justificada se estudiarán individualmente. Los reembolsos se tramitarán mediante el mismo sistema de pago utilizado en la reserva y estarán sujetos, en su caso, a las condiciones de la plataforma Go—PopUp.
