Large and bright factory loft with concrete floor, big white walls for screenings or exhibitions and room divider in factory window style. There are large window fronts on both sides of the space. The 215m2 loft is the former studio of the painter Markus Prachensky. The industrial building was originally built as a factory.
Equipped with a toilet and bathroom, the rooms are largely empty and can be used flexibly. One room is tiled with a mosaic design by Paola Navone. Yoga mats, meditation cushions, a large table and carpets are also available. There is a bathroom, lots of glasses, a kettle, a minibar and a dishwasher, but no fully equipped kitchen.
You can use a freight elevator and a second passenger elevator in the building. There are limited parking spaces in the backyard.
Perfect for workshops, small business events and hybrid screening events.
