The building is equipped with a professional CCTV security system to ensure safety and security. The cameras are positioned in public and common areas of the building, such as entrances, hallways, and shared spaces, to monitor activity and maintain security. There are no recording devices in private areas of the space, and the CCTV system complies with all necessary privacy regulations. The cameras will remain on during the hire period to provide security but will not interfere with your event or activity.
Street parking is conveniently located just a few metres from the venue, directly in front of the building. This makes loading, unloading, and accessing the space quick and hassle-free for your event or production needs.
House Rules:
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
Outside Catering: Guests are welcome to bring in outside catering.
Alcohol Policy: Outside alcohol is permitted but will incur an additional fee. If the event extends beyond our alcohol license, you will be required to apply for a Temporary Event Notice. Alternatively, in-house catering and bar services can be arranged for your convenience.
