Nuestro espacio es de 500 metros y sumamente espacioso. Disfrute de cuatro habitaciones de temática distintiva con asientos en todo el espacio. (30 días). · Si el USUARIO cancela con, al menos, 30 días de antelación al día y hora de entrada de la Reserva, se le reembolsará el 50% del Precio total menos el importe de las Tarifas de servicio e impuestos aplicables. · Si el USUARIO cancela con menos de 30 días de antelación al día y hora de entrada de la Reserva no se reembolsarán los días u horas no disfrutados. · Si el USUARIO decide abandonar el espacio antes de tiempo, no se reembolsarán los días u horas no disfrutados.

COMMUNICATION: Please include the following information in your message: • Brief summary of your event. • Total number of crew/talent/guests. • Desired date(s) and hours. • Any other special needs or questions. SCOUTING/TECH VISITS: One (1) initial scouting visit may be arranged prior to booking. Additional scouting visits may be arranged for $25. Tech scout visits are $35. STUDIO & EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED: Please respect the space and leave it how you found it. Renters are responsible for any and all damages. Clean up excessive trash or other items on premises prior to leaving. We agree to provide the studio in good working order, but make no special guarantees as to said studio's functionality or suitability to renter’s purposes. The renter is entitled to use the open area of the studio, front and back, lighting equipment, props and any furniture in the studio at the time of rental. The studio is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the booking, such as power outages, weather, emergencies or acts of God. Renter agrees to return all equipment and furniture in the condition it was provided and to immediately notify the studio of any damage, failure or change in equipment provided. Rental furniture may be moved, one piece at a time. Please do not move any pieces larger than a single chair without two people present to move it and without dragging the legs on the floor. If curtains are needed please notify us in advance so we can provide them for you. BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS: • Be present at all times during the rental. • Keep the event contained within the studio. There is no loitering in the hallways. • No loud music, please be respectful. SECURITY/DOOR ATTENDANT: Security/door attendant will be needed on a case-by-case basis and mainly for large parties that include alcohol. Fee for security is $35 per hour and must go through our partner security firm. • Door attendant must monitor the door to make sure guests stay within space and have proper access to the bathroom. • Security must monitor to make sure the event is under control at all times. INSURANCE: Event insurance is required for all events. If you need help finding insurance please notify the host so we can assist you in obtaining sufficient insurance. • You must have “3rd party event liability insurance” for the day of your booking in the amount of $1,000,000. • We require a copy of the insurance to be provided prior to your event. ALCOHOL: You are allowed to bring/serve alcohol, but you are not allowed to sell alcohol as we do not have a liquor license. DRUGS: Absolutely NO drugs are allowed in the space, in the restroom or on premises at all. DOOR TO STUDIO: Front (wooden) door must remain closed at all times. HALLWAY: No filming or loitering in the hallway. All events must remain within the studio. BATHROOM KEY: A key is usually used to open bathrooms, but for large events we will make sure you have access without a key. ARRIVE AND LEAVE ON TIME: All parties should wrap up their session with enough time to clean and vacate their equipment by their designated end-time, otherwise overtime will be charged. Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down. Overtime charges will be applied for any additional time that extends beyond rental terms, as set forth in this agreement. Renter must notify the host one (1) hour in advance if you may need extra time for booking. There is no guarantee that additional booking time will be available. THERE IS ONLY A 10 MIN GRACE PERIOD once your booking is complete. HOURLY BOOKINGS ONLY: We only book full hours for events, we do not allow 30-minute bookings. If you need additional time and we have it available we will accommodate you upon request. CHANGING TIME OF BOOKING WITHIN SAME DAY: If you need to change your time of booking within the same day please notify the host as soon as possible. If there is availability in the booking schedule to change booking time there will be an additional $25 fee for this change. CANCELLATION: • Full refund if canceling more than 7 days prior. • 50% refund if canceling up to 24 hours prior to your booking. • No refund if canceling less than 24 hours prior to your booking. SMOKING: The studio may be used for legal business activities only. There is absolutely NO SMOKING, NO CANDLES AND NO USE OF FIRE in the studio or in the building. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $150 CHARGE IF THIS RULE IS NOT FOLLOWED DURING YOUR BOOKING. FURNITURE: THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO STANDING ON ANY FURNITURE IN THE STUDIO. If a ladder is needed, the host will help you with setup at the beginning of your booking. Please make sure to notify the host of your plans if a ladder is needed. DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE OR STUDIO: Renter agrees to pay the replacement costs of equipment or furniture that renter and/or their guests damage during the duration of the booking. In the event that the renter’s employees, renter’s contractors, renter's clients or any of renter's visitors damage any equipment or studio; renter agrees to pay for any repairs or replacements necessary after booking. There is no warranty that rented items are free of defects. The renter agrees that the studio holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by use of rental or items in rental to the renter or any third party. The renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury. If any accident involving the studio's rental items has occurred while it is in the renter's possession, renter shall make the studio aware by written statement with details of occurrence of event including police report and names and addresses of witnesses, if applicable. WE WILL CHARGE YOU FULL PRICE FOR ANY ITEM WITHIN THE STUDIO THAT GETS BROKEN. CLEANING: A $100 cleaning fee is added to every booked event. Please be respectful of the space, but we will handle the cleanup of any leftover trash, etc. CONFETTI, GLITTER, ETC: There is absolutely no confetti or glitter allowed in the studio. If there is glitter found during inspection after booking there will be an additional $100 charge added on. PROHIBITED (IMPORTANT): The following items are prohibited: Feathers, glitter, confetti, sand, wedding rice, flour, paint, aerosol spray cans, fireworks, weapons, small particle items that are difficult to clean, fog machines and other items deemed unacceptable by the venue managers (when in doubt please ask). An additional extensive cleanup fee starting at $500 will be charged for violations to restore the studio and for downtime. Drilling holes into the walls, ceiling and doors is prohibited (no screws, hooks or anchors); only 3M command strips (double-sided tape) are allowed on the walls and must be fully removed once booking is complete. No duct tape; only gaffers or painters tape. Nothing is allowed to be placed on any walls of the studio that have wallpaper. Rooftop access is prohibited. SMOKE MACHINES: Smoke, fog and mist machines are not allowed to be used in the studio as they can set off the fire alarm in the building. If this is done without our knowledge there will be a $750 additional charge added to your booking. LAFD fines incurred due to using a smoke machine will be charged to the renter. FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM: Please DO NOT hang items from, tape or cover the fire pipes or sprinklers. The pipes are pressurized and thus may leak if they are damaged. Full restoration damage charges and/or a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence will be charged for failure to comply. LAFD fines will be charged to the renter. FIRE ESCAPE LADDER: LAFD regulations prohibit the use of the fire escape ladder and balcony for non-emergency matters. Non-emergency access is strictly prohibited (no lounging or smoking). LAFD/LAPD fines will be charged to the renter. CHILDREN: Maintain adult supervision of minors at all times. All persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. ANIMALS: No pets allowed without prior consent of a studio representative/host. PHOTOGRAPHY, FILM, ETC: ABSOLUTELY NO ADULT CONTENT (PORNOGRAPHY) allowed in studio. SAFETY AND LIABILITY: Please be cautious of the windows so that you and your guest’s do not hang out, lean on or sit on the window seal. Renter is responsible for all persons that will be present during this rental term. The studio will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents to the renter, renter’s employees, renter’s contractors, renter's clients or any and all of renter's visitors that occur within or outside the studio premises.
