We are renting out part of our large showroom, as it remains unused for much of the year. The space consists of two connected areas, totaling 60 sqm, with street-facing windows and a private entrance from the street.

The space was originally designed as a showroom for both B2B and B2C sales. It already includes display fittings and equipment such as clothing racks, tables, counters, mirrors, a fitting room, speakers, a mixer, a fitted wall unit, and shelving.

The area not highlighted in green corresponds to our working area, where we operate Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The two areas are connected but completely independent, as we have a separate entrance.

The only bathroom, shared by everyone, can be accessed by passing through our area. This space can also be used free of charge as storage/warehouse.

We provide daily concierge service, an alarm system, a fridge, a coffee machine, Wi-Fi, and the possibility to request daily cleaning service for an additional €20 per day.
