It features a spacious ground floor, an elevated mezzanine overlooking the main hall, multiple breakout rooms and offices, Wi-Fi, flexible furniture, and generous ceiling height for large-scale installations and productions. The clean industrial architecture provides a neutral backdrop that can remain raw or be completely transformed to fit your vision.
Beyond venue hire, BARESPACE is operated by a team of spatial designers and creative producers. We can provide additional services including spatial and exhibition design, event production support, photography, screen printing, merchandise design and production, and custom fabrication. These services are available on request and can be tailored to the needs of each project.

Si l'UTILISATEUR annule au moins 7 jours avant la date et l'heure de début de la réservation, il sera remboursé de 50% du prix total diminué du montant des tarifs de service et des taxes applicables. Si l'UTILISATEUR annule moins de 7 jours avant la jour et heure de début de réservation, il ne sera pas remboursé des jours ou heures non utilisés. Si l'UTILISATEUR décide de quitter l'espace par anticipation, les jours ou heures non utilisés ne seront pas remboursés. Dans tous les cas, le propriétaire peut établir des conditions d'annulation différentes si nécessaire.
