STUDIO 253 BCN is a flexible, design-led creative space in Barcelona with a strong turquoise signature that stays present in every setup. The venue is split across two levels: a street-level office (2.40 m frontage x 5 m depth, 2.57 m height) for welcome, meetings and daily work, and a 40 m² basement showroom designed for pop-ups, brand activations and content production.

The space is highly adaptable for different brands and concepts while keeping a consistent identity. A built-in masonry counter (fixed) provides a practical check-in / bar / product point. Downstairs, the industrial-chic basement features exposed piping, a modular showroom zone, a dedicated photo/video corner, and a changing room (dressing room) ideal for shoots, fittings and productions. Access to the basement is via the staircase located at the back of the street-level office, allowing a private and controlled flow.
