The possibilities we offer are as broad as the room's own capacity and diversity. Its industrial architecture with 3700m2 offers the possibility of dividing into 5 multi independent spaces with different gauges, equipped with stages, professional sound systems (live & dj), lights and visuals. The building allows each space to have its own facilities such as bars, cloakroom, wc's and outdoor terraces, optimizing the attention to the attending public in any of its spaces. Our human team with experience in technical production, art, communication, HR, marketing and design will be from the first minute offering a preferential treatment to achieve the objectives set by the client.

ROOM 1: It is a diaphanous space where you can organize all kinds of social events linked to communication, incentives, music or any cultural expression.
With more than 700 m2 x 10m high, a stage of 120 m2 and equipped with sound systems, lights and visual art. Available with dressing rooms, toilets and showers, caterings area, production office and easy access for loading and unloading. It has two adjoining rooms with capacity for about 175 pax each, enabled as alternative spaces, Vip's or smoking rooms. Both rooms are equipped with sound systems, lights, visuals, bar service, toilets and two outdoor terraces.

ROOM 2: A completely open space of 400m2 x 6m in height with a 60m2 stage equipped with a technical infrastructure similar to that of Room 1 in terms of sound, lighting and visual systems of the latest generation. It also has dressing rooms, catering, production office and forklifts. Just a few meters away from Room 2, there is Room 3, with an alternative useful space, expanding its capacity as a Vip or chill out area, creating a second atmosphere in the same event.

ROOM 3: It is an independent space adjacent to Room 2, ideal for private activities or small groups of up to 200 pax standing or 100 seated. A space of 200m2 and 4m high with a 30m2 stage and a complete sound, light and visual equipment.

ROOM 4 & 5: They are two of the spaces most requested for activities or private parties. The rooms have sofas, tables, their own toilets, bar service, DJ booth, lights and audiovisuals. Suitable rooms to customize any type of party.
