The former heritage-protected malthouse in the Großen Elbstraße is located next to the Elbe and has been reshaped in 1994 for its today‘s purpose. The building presents sundry of exclusive retail stores for lifestyle and interior furnishing as well as a design gallery.
Some more areas on different levels are kept clear consciously to afford event areas for commercial and cultural projects.
The event areas are located in the fifth, sixth and seventh floor of the building. Depending on on the conception of the event it‘s possible to use the general circulation area which extends from the groundfloor to the seventh floor.
A special atmosphere offers the LOFT- & NEW Design GALLERY on the seventh floor. Many limited editions, prototypes, design-art-furniture and unique items in form of changing exhibitions of successful designer, artists and architects are placed there. The gallery areas could be used with and without inclusion of the exhibition items.
A wide range of technical equipment and furniture is available on request.

Si l'UTILISATEUR annule au moins 30 jours avant la date et l'heure de début de la réservation, il sera remboursé de 50% du prix total moins le montant du prix des services et taxes applicables. Si l'UTILISATEUR annule moins de 30 jours avant le jour et l'heure de début de la réservation, il ne sera pas remboursé pour les jours ou heures non utilisés. Si l'UTILISATEUR décide de quitter l'espace prématurément, les jours ou heures non utilisés ne seront pas remboursés. Dans tous les cas, le propriétaire peut établir des conditions d'annulation différentes si nécessaire.
