The(22)studio is a flexible, open-plan space designed for photography, filming, content creation, workshops, and small-scale events.

1. Studio Hire for:
Filming, Photography & Content Creation
All creative use - including photography, video production, podcasts, and branded content - is charged at the following rates:
Standard Hours (Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 18:00)
* €36/hour
* Minimum booking: 2 hours
Half Day – €140
* 09:00 – 13:30
* 13:30 – 18:00
Full Day – €240
* 09:00 – 18:00

Evening / Late Night (Monday – Friday | 18:00 – 06:00)
* €50/hour
* Minimum booking: 3 hours

Weekends & Public Holidays
* €50/hour + 10%
* Minimum booking: 3 hours

2. Private Studio Event Experience
For curated gatherings, workshops, and private events
Base Rate
* €90/hour
* Minimum booking: 3 hours
* Up to 18 guests
Weekend & Evening Surcharge: +10% per hour
(Applies from 18:00 to 10:00, Friday–Sunday)

Optional Enhancements
All technical and visual elements can be added to customise the event:
Visual Experience Upgrade - from €250 (Most popular)

Booking Terms
* Damage deposit required to secure booking
* Fully refundable after inspection
Overtime:
* Charged in 15-minute increments
Responsibility:
* Booking holder is responsible for all guests
* Under 18s must be supervised by an adult

3. Monthly Content Memberships
For ongoing creators and brands
* €70/month - 2 hours
* €140/month - 4 hours
Includes:
* Priority booking
* Fixed monthly studio access

4. Turnkey Content Days
A complete, done-for-you production service
From €300 per session
Includes:
* Studio use
* Filming
* Basic editing

Discounts
* Students: 10% off (Monday–Friday only)
* First-time clients: 10% off first booking
Discounts cannot be combined.

Studio Availability
* Open 24 hours
* Monday – Sunday: 06:00 – 06:00
