Concrete floors bear the soft patina of process and footfall, while tall windows frame the city as an ever-changing backdrop, dissolving the boundary between inside and out. The ceiling rises just enough to invite ambition—installations breathe, ideas stretch, conversations linger. White walls act as both canvas and witness, holding traces of past exhibitions, rehearsals, and impromptu exchanges.
The layout remains intentionally fluid: movable partitions, open sightlines, and pockets of intimacy that can be reconfigured for workshops, performances, salons, or quiet reflection. Light shifts across the room throughout the day, animating surfaces and casting long shadows that become part of the work itself.
At once utilitarian and elevated, the space resists prescription. It is a platform rather than a container—an adaptable volume suspended above the city, where making, showing, and convening coexist in constant, creative negotiation.

Si l'UTILISATEUR décide de quitter l'espace par anticipation, les jours ou heures non utilisés ne seront pas remboursés. Dans tous les cas, le propriétaire peut établir des conditions d'annulation différentes si nécessaire.
