The showrooms offer a versatile location that is suitable for film productions, castings, workshops, seminars, presentation events or as a showroom for fashion collections.
There are two spaces available:
- A separate 60 sqm room, connected by a sliding door, can be rented all year round by arrangement. The room is a partial area of a space totalling approx. 500sqm.
- The entire exhibition space, which can only be rented at fixed times of the year, price by arrangement.

The access area is at ground level.
The showroom is located in the beautiful district of Nymphenburg, a 3-minute walk from Nymphenburg Castle. Thanks to its convenient location, it is easy to reach by public transport. Limited free parking is available for those arriving by car.

Cancellation policy:

Strict

(30 days). If the USER cancels at least 30 days before the date and time of the reservation beginning, he will be reimbursed 50% of the total price less the amount of applicable service tariffs and taxes. If the USER cancels less than 30 days before the day and time of the reservation beginning, he will not be reimbursed the unused days or hours. If the USER decides to leave the space ahead of time, the unused days or hours will not be refunded.
